The Fiat 500 series keeps getting better and better. The success is made up of the Fiat 500e, which runs only on batteries, and the Fiat 500, which uses hybrid technology. According to the German Federal Motor Transport Authority (KBA), the two models were Germany's second-best-selling passenger cars in November across all categories. This was the best result in the history of the German market. The share of the market was 6.7%.
The Fiat 500 electric car is also the only model in the top three in Germany in the first eleven months of 2022 in the battery-powered vehicle (BEV) segment. Even four times, the Fiat 500e electric car was in first place. In November, the small electric car was the second best-selling BEV (Battery Electric Vehicle), according to the KBA.
From January to November 2022, the Fiat 500 series (electric or not) was also the most popular import model on the German market.
